At The ARK elements, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home collections; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and box to ensure safe transit, as fragile home goods must arrive undamaged to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the returned pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
