We take immense pride in our packaging process. Each ceramic, glass, and delicate element is double-boxed and secured with eco-friendly cushioning to ensure it reaches your home in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for home accents?
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return. Return shipping fees may apply.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, The ARK elements ships to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make further changes.
